Description:
Banzai is created because of a fascination towards the Japanese and Asian food cultures, this due to the Asian descendency of one of the chefs. This fascination culminates when the two chefs met, combining their experiences in sushi and Asian fusion cuisine. Both chefs are graduates of international schools, from Argentina to Japan. Banzai manages to open its doors as a contemporary sushi art place, because everything from the decor of the restaurant to the variety of rolls and Asian fusion cuisine offered are contemporary. Currently in its menu, in addition to offering traditional rolls like Vegetarian and the California roll among others, we offer 18 exclusive rolls from our chefs.
